Key takeaways

  • Automated airtime top-ups are included in Teke Pro (KSh 2,000 to KSh 5,999).
  • They help you and your team avoid running out at the wrong moment.
  • You can always top up manually with *831# or Paybill 7777727.
  • Ask our team how to set automation up for your numbers.

It's always the same story: the important call, the urgent message, the moment you need to reach someone, and your balance is empty. Automated airtime top-ups are designed to make that moment a thing of the past.

What are automated airtime top-ups?

Automated top-ups are a feature of Teke Pro, our plan for purchases from KSh 2,000 to KSh 5,999. Instead of remembering to buy airtime every time, automation helps keep your balance topped up so you can focus on your day.

Who benefits most?

  • Small businesses whose staff need to stay reachable.
  • Frequent users who go through airtime quickly.
  • Families who want to keep a loved one connected reliably.
  • Busy professionals who'd rather not think about airtime at all.

Planning your automation

Before you set anything up, a little planning helps:

  1. Estimate your usage. Look at how much airtime you or your team use in a typical month.
  2. Pick a sensible amount. Choose a level that covers your needs without over-buying.
  3. Decide who needs it. List the numbers that should stay topped up.
  4. Talk to us. Our team can explain how automated top-ups can be set up for your numbers.

Still in control

Automation doesn't replace manual top-ups; it complements them. You can always buy extra airtime any time by dialling *831# (free of charge, with 2% bonus airtime) or using Paybill 7777727.
